FAQ
Q: How far in advance should we book our wedding photography and videography?
A: We highly recommend booking our services 12-24 months in advance. Our commitment to providing exceptional results, combined with our growing popularity, means our schedule fills up quickly. Securing your booking early ensures our team is available to capture your special moments with the utmost care and creativity. We understand last-minute needs may arise, and we always try our best to accommodate those requests when possible. To guarantee your preferred date and our undivided attention, please contact us as soon as you have an idea of the event or occasion you’d like us to cover.
Q: What deposit do you require to secure our booking?
A: To secure your reservation, we require a booking fee. For most photography or videography packages, the booking fee is £200. If you choose our combined photography and videography package, the booking fee is £400. Additionally, any applicable travel expenses will be quoted and added to the booking fee. The remaining balance is due within 5 days after the wedding. We aim to provide a reasonable timeframe for final payment to give you time to attend to other post-wedding tasks. Please note that the booking fee and final balance contribute towards our expenses and allow us to provide you with a high level of service and quality.

New Questions & Answers Based on Your Original Responses
Q: Is it customary to provide a meal for you during the wedding day?
A: While it is not required, a meal is always appreciated.
Q: How long does the editing and delivery of our photographs and videos typically take?
A: Although our standard turnaround time is up to 16 weeks, sometimes additional time may be needed to ensure every image and video receives the detailed attention it deserves. It's always better to wait a few extra weeks than to rush the creative process.
Q: Will contacting you frequently about the status of my photos and videos speed up the process?
A: Constantly emailing to ask for updates on your finished photographs or videos does not speed up the process. In fact, it can hinder the process and slow down our creative workflow. We promise to keep you updated and will notify you when your materials are ready!
